LRB’s Latest Report is a Great Resource
Check out the Legislative Reference Bureau’s (LRB’s) Supplemental Information Relating to Bills Passed.
This LRB report is helpful in tracking the measures that have been sent to the Governor. It includes a subject index, a list of the HRS sections affected by bills that have passed, and even a summary of the total appropriations included in the executive budget bill.

The booklets have arrived!
The incredibly handy “Hawaii Directory of Elected Officials 2011” is here. And once again its publisher, the Hawaii Institute of Public Affairs (HIPA), has generously provided the Public Access Room with an ample supply for distribution to our patrons.

Are the “little books” in yet?
“Are the little books here?” That’s one of the most popular questions in Room 401 these days. The short answer is: “Not yet…but soon!”
The incredibly handy “Hawaii Directory of Elected Officials” is published by the Hawaii Institute of Public Affairs (HIPA). They’ve been most generous in providing large numbers of them to the Public Access Room for distribution to our patrons.

Find your way around the Capitol
Getting ready to come visit the Capitol for Opening Day (January 19)? Some legislators have moved offices, others are new to the building. The Public Access Room has updated its Capitol floor maps and directory (House & Senate Room, Phone, Fax) so you’ll be able to find your way around.
