We’re about halfway through Session, and the Public Access Room (PAR) will be offering our “Your Voice“ presentation on Hawaii Island and Maui. In addition to answering questions and going over the State legislative process, we’ll provide tips: on using the Legislature’s website, offering testimony, tracking bills and resolutions, and communicating with legislators. Our Oahu outreach tour starts this afternoon in Kaneohe
With the new legislative session right around the corner it’s an ideal time to learn the basics about the law-making process in our state and how to be a prepared advocate. Our Oahu outreach tour starts at 5:30 p.m. this afternoon at Windward Community College, Hale Kuhina 106. Our tour continues as we visit the Hawaii Kai Library tomorrow. First presentation begins at 5:30 p.m. Get informed, get involved!
