Tomorrow is the First Lateral Deadline, which means that all bills with multiple referrals must move to their final Committee in their originating Chamber by the end of the day tomorrow. In order to make this deadline, bills need to move out of their next to last Committees by today, with the accompanying Committee reports and any amended drafts filed with Chiefs Clerk’s Office by the filing deadlines they’ve set for today. You can see all the bills that have made this deadline by clicking on the first link under the First Lateral banner on the Reports and Lists page of the Legislature’s website: www.capitol.hawaii.gov/advreports/main.aspx
